In the spring of 2014, the life of a young mother in Louisville, Kentucky, was tragically cut short, leaving a community in shock and a family devastated. Crystal Parker, a 25-year-old female, was found deceased in her apartment in the Shawnee Gardens complex on May 19, 2014. The cause of her death was a single gunshot wound.
