Shannon Puryear, a 37-year-old resident of Louisville, Kentucky, tragically passed away on September 15, 2014. Her death was the result of a murder-suicide incident involving her husband, Anthony Puryear. The couple was reportedly in the midst of a divorce at the time of the incident. According to police reports, the altercation began on the Watterson Expressway and ended in a double shooting near a body shop on Lincoln Avenue.
