In the early morning hours of Sunday, August 23, 2026, the lives of two young mothers were tragically cut short in a shooting near the University of Louisville campus. Twenty-year-old Iyanna Warr and her best friend, Trinity Durham, also 20, were killed at the Family Scholar House, a facility that provides housing and support for families and individuals pursuing educational and personal goals.
