In the early hours of a July morning in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 16-year-old Michelle Moore was tragically cut short. On July 22, 2021, the female teenager was shot on Cecil Avenue, near the intersection of 41st and West Market Street. She was rushed to the University of Louisville Hospital, but ultimately succumbed to her injuries and went to eternal rest later that day.
