In the spring of 2016, a burst of violence in the Parkland neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, claimed the life of 25-year-old Channing Todd. A male resident of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Todd was in the wrong place at the wrong time on the afternoon of May 17th. Near the intersection of South 29th Street and Greenwood Avenue, he was shot in the head in a brazen attack that was reportedly captured on video.
First responders rushed Todd to University Hospital, where he fought for his life
