Death by Force

In the early evening of March 19, 2016, in south Louisville, Kentucky, a report of a shooting brought police to the 2400 block of Nichols View Court. Upon arrival just after 5:30 p.m., officers discovered 22-year-old Demarco Durham, a Black male, inside a vehicle. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
