In a quiet home in Vanceburg, Kentucky, the life of 36-year-old Crystal D. Ball, a female, came to a tragic end on Sunday, June 5, 2016. On that Sunday afternoon, Kentucky State Police received a report that two bodies had been discovered at a residence on Quicks Run Road. Upon their arrival, troopers and detectives found Crystal and 51-year-old Kevin E. Ball deceased inside the home. Both individuals had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
