Helen Stephens Wood Booth, a 99-year-old female, passed away in Louisville, Kentucky on December 13, 2014. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on December 4, 1915, to Franklin Monroe Stephens and Helen Carolyn Settles Stephens. A 1937 graduate of Ohio State University, she was a member of St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church.
