In the Algonquin neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, on the evening of December 16, 2022, the life of 33-year-old Nisanda Marshall, a Black/African American female, was tragically cut short. Around 8 p.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the night in the 2300 block of West Lee Street.
