In the summer of 2019, the life of Judy Faye Stalcup, a 60-year-old woman from West Paducah, Kentucky, came to a tragic and violent end. On the evening of July 10th, the McCracken County Sheriff's Office received a call about a shooting at a residence on Noble Road.
