Brian Braulio Castrellon, a 22-year-old male from Winston-Salem, NC, tragically passed away on June 28, 2015. He was found lying in the driveway of a home located at 5507 Pine View Drive. Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene. The investigation revealed that Castrellon had been involved in an altercation with Geronimo Medellin Juarez, a 42-year-old male, the day before. Castrellon was shot and struck several times with a blunt object.
