Jacquelyn Marie Smith Rose, a 23-year-old female, died on September 11, 2015, at her home. Born in Lompoc, California, Jacquelyn had made a life for herself in Richmond, where she worked as a 911 dispatcher for Madison County and was a member of the Vineyard Community Church. She was a mother to an infant daughter, Amelia Marie Rose.
