In the quiet community of Richmond, Kentucky, a young woman's life was tragically cut short in a devastating act of violence. Jacquelyn Marie Smith Rose, a 23-year-old female, died on September 11, 2015, at her home. Born in Lompoc, California, Jacquelyn had made a life for herself in Richmond, where she worked as a 911 dispatcher for Madison County and was a member of the Vineyard Community Church.
