In the quiet community of Morehead, Kentucky, a welfare check on a Sunday afternoon escalated into a tragic event that claimed the lives of three people, including 71-year-old Anna Morrison. When deputies from the Rowan County Sheriff's Office arrived at the rural home, they were met with a barricaded man who opened fire, wounding one of the officers.
