Who murdered Julian Garcia in 2017?
In the early morning hours of January 8, 2017, a police officer responding to an unrelated call noticed a car accident in the 3400 block of 9th Avenue North in Bessemer, AL. Outside of one of the cars, they found 21 year old Julian Garcia, who had been shot in the abdomen. Julian succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at a local hospital. His case remains unsolved.
