Torie Demarcus Bouyer, a 41-year-old man from Bessemer, Alabama, was fatally shot on May 3, 2020, in a tragic act of violence that has since been classified as a homicide. Bouyer was found with gunshot wounds in a residential area in Bessemer, a city located just outside of Birmingham.
