In the winter of 2019, the life of 17-year-old Alisa Reed, a female student at Frederick Douglass High School in Lexington, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. Known affectionately as 'Lucy' to her friends and family, Alisa was a vibrant senior with a full life ahead of her. On the evening of January 17, 2019, she was at an apartment on Palumbo Drive with several other teenagers when a gunshot suddenly rang out.
