Alisa Reed, a 17-year-old from Lexington, Kentucky, tragically lost her life on January 19, 2019. Alisa, affectionately known as "Lucy," was a student at Frederick Douglass High School. Her death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred at an apartment complex on Palumbo Drive. According to reports, several teenagers, including Alisa, were inside the apartment when the shooting took place.
