In the winter of 2016, a tragedy unfolded in Lexington, Kentucky, forever altering the lives of a young family. Two-year-old Nova Marie Gallman, a little girl, was at her home on Kenton Street on December 5th when she suffered a fatal gunshot wound. Rushed to the UK Hospital, she fought for her life but succumbed to her injuries the following day, December 6, 2016. Her parents were identified as Sierra Monique Green and Dreshawn J. Gallman.
