In the summer of 2020, a young mother's life was tragically cut short in a violent encounter at a Lexington, Kentucky gas station. Angel Dawn Marcum, a 26-year-old female, died on July 28, 2020, leaving behind a devastated family and a community in shock. Born on February 15, 1994, Angel was a mother to two young sons, Jayden Marcum and Adrian James. She was the daughter of Toleman David and Gina Lynn Bentley Marcum and a sister to Erica Marcum.
