In the cold of a January morning in Louisville, Kentucky, a grim discovery was made in the Clifton Heights neighborhood. On January 15, 2020, the body of 18-year-old Nathan Terrance Britt, a Black male, was found at an apartment complex on Nob Hill Lane.
