In the St. Denis neighborhood of Louisville, a quiet Saturday morning was shattered by the sound of gunfire on March 5, 2022. Inside an apartment at 4909 Saddlebrook Lane, 31-year-old Dominique Williams Sr., a Black male, was found deceased. The Louisville Metro Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 10:20 a.m. and discovered the tragic scene.
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office later confirmed Williams' identity and that he had died from a gunshot wound.
