Rocky Seibert, aged 50, was found dead on November 21, 2020, in Louisville, Kentucky. His body was discovered at the intersection of 6th Street and River Road with gunshot wounds. The Louisville Metro Police Department identified Seibert and confirmed his death as a homicide.
