In the Shawnee neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, a grim discovery was made late on the evening of November 8, 2021. Inside a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Cecil Avenue, police found 21-year-old Robert Sanders, a Black male, who had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
