In the late hours of a summer night in Burlington, Iowa, the life of 28-year-old Hispanic male Reynaldo Villareal was tragically cut short. On September 8, 2019, Villareal was at a party on the 800 block of Columbia Street. In the early morning hours, around 1:45 AM, he was shot. Emergency services were called to the scene, and Villareal was quickly transported to Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
