On an autumn evening in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Anthony Talbert Russell, a 21-year-old Black male, was in the Newburg neighborhood on October 31, 2022, when he was fatally attacked. In the 4000 block of Lulu Way, near Poplar Level Road, Russell sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
