On a Saturday evening in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 22-year-old Kentrail Robbins was tragically cut short. The African-American male was outside a barbershop near the intersection of 28th Street and Grand Avenue on September 8, 2012, when gunfire erupted just after 7 p.m. in the Parkland neighborhood.
