Kevin Brewer, an 11-year-old boy, was tragically murdered on August 3, 2000, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The incident occurred just after 10 p.m. near Cottage Park in North Minneapolis. Kevin was with a friend when they stopped to watch a fight among men who were gambling near the park. During this altercation, Kevin was shot three times. Despite the presence of approximately 100 people at the scene, no significant leads have emerged from past rewards offered for information.
