On August 30, 2020, Lindsey David Morris, a 48-year-old resident of Minneapolis, was fatally shot in North Minneapolis. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on the 1800 block of Lowry Avenue North. Morris was found inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of officers and paramedics who performed lifesaving measures, Morris was transported to North Memorial Health Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
