In the early morning hours of Saturday, November 23, 2024, the life of Ivan Joseph Bercier, a 28-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At approximately 4:45 a.m., police responded to reports of gunfire in the 2400 block of 17th Avenue South, near East Phillips Park. Upon arrival, officers discovered Bercier suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported by emergency medical services to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. At the ...
