In the early morning hours of Saturday, November 23, 2024, the life of Ivan Joseph Bercier, a 28-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At approximately 4:45 a.m., police responded to reports of gunfire in the 2400 block of 17th Avenue South, near East Phillips Park.
