Dontevius Ahmad Catchings, aged 29, was fatally shot on June 11, 2021, outside the Shiloh Temple in North Minneapolis. The incident occurred shortly after the funeral of Christopher Robert Jones Jr., a 24-year-old who had been killed in a previous shooting outside the Monarch nightclub in downtown Minneapolis on May 22.
