In the fall of 2016, a 20-year-old female college student named Sarah Butler tragically became the final victim of a serial killer. A student at New Jersey City University and a talented dancer, Butler was home in Montclair, New Jersey, for the Thanksgiving break when she made plans to meet an online acquaintance.
