Paul A. Knobbe, a 53-year-old handyman from Minneapolis, MN, was fatally shot on the night of November 1, 2016. The incident occurred around 10:10 p.m. near the intersection of Cedar Avenue South and 34th Street East in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood. Knobbe had just finished his shift at the Winner gas station and was walking home when he was attacked.
