In what began as a seemingly harmonious family gathering, a dispute tragically escalated, ending the life of 24-year-old Hispanic male, Andy Tapia Negrete. On the morning of June 22, 2025, in Bloomington, Minnesota, Negrete was with relatives in the driveway of his uncle's home on the 200 block of W. 92nd Street.
