On October 30, 2019, Justin Oneil Harris, aged 31, was found dead in an apartment on the 3900 block of Lyndale Avenue North in Minneapolis, MN. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office identified Harris and determined that he died from multiple gunshot wounds. The tragic incident led to an investigation that quickly identified a suspect.
