On May 26, 2021, Nada Rene Monique Aakwaadizi, a 24-year-old Native American woman, was found dead in her Brooklyn Park, Minnesota apartment. The cause of her death was determined to be multiple gunshot wounds, and the manner of death was ruled a homicide.
