Tonia Ariel Powell, a 30-year-old woman from Minneapolis, Minnesota, tragically lost her life in a shooting incident on July 23, 2023. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning, just after midnight, in the 3100 block of 58th Street East in south Minneapolis.
