In the Frogtown neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota, on the evening of January 18, 2022, 31-year-old Kyle Quinn was found outside a residence on the 300 block of Blair Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. The call came in around 5:30 p.m., and upon their arrival, emergency responders transported him to Regions Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. His death was recorded as the third homicide of the year in the city.
