In the Frogtown neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota, on the evening of January 18, 2022, 31-year-old Kyle Quinn was found outside a residence on the 300 block of Blair Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. The call came in around 5:30 p.m., and upon their arrival, emergency responders transported him to Regions Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
