Kenneth Hayes Jr., a 28-year-old resident of Saint Paul, MN, was tragically shot and killed on the night of May 15, 2020. The incident occurred around 11:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of Jackson Street, outside a multi-family home. Hayes was found lying on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
