On September 23, 2023, 32-year-old Fong Vang of Saint Paul, Minnesota, tragically lost his life in a double murder-suicide incident in Roseville. The event also claimed the lives of his close friend, 32-year-old John Thao, and the perpetrator, 33-year-old Meng Vang, who was not related to Fong.
