Maria Elena Reveron, a 37-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on March 24, 2021, in Chicago, IL. She was fatally shot while in a car in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood. The incident occurred when someone in an SUV following the car she was in fired a shot that struck her in the back of the head. Reveron was taken to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries two days later on March 26.
