Delisa Tucker, a 31-year-old African American mother of six, was tragically shot and killed on November 24, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. Her death occurred in the Roseland neighborhood, specifically on the 200 block of West 110th Place, near the spot where her 14-year-old son, Kevin Tinker Jr., had been fatally shot just two days earlier.
