In the late hours of a Friday night in Gary, Indiana, the life of Timothy Dwayne Moore was tragically cut short. On February 19, 2021, the 30-year-old Black male was found in a vehicle in the 1700 block of Martin Luther King Drive. The car had struck a parked vehicle in an apartment complex parking lot, and Moore was discovered slumped over inside. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Lake County Coroner's Office.
