Jerome Edward Hall Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Saint Paul, Minnesota, was found dead on September 29, 2015. His body was discovered at a baseball field near the Hazel Park Recreation Center. Hall had sustained fatal gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide. The incident occurred around 3 a.m., with a nearby resident, Tim Emerson, reporting hearing two loud pops followed by a woman's screams for help.
