Jerome Edward Hall Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Saint Paul, Minnesota, was found dead on September 29, 2015. His body was discovered at a baseball field near the Hazel Park Recreation Center. Hall had sustained fatal gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.
