On September 27, 2020, at approximately 3:25 am, officers responded to a report of a shooting at Billy's on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Upon arrival, they found Albert Dwayne Stevens, 29, lying in the middle of the street with an apparent gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical care, Stevens was pronounced dead at the scene. Another individual was also shot but sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
