In the early morning hours of May 13, 2023, the life of 35-year-old Michael Julius Martin, a Black / African American man, was tragically cut short in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The fatal incident occurred just after 2:30 a.m. in the city's Dayton's Bluff neighborhood, where a house party was underway in the 1000 block of Pacific Street.
