On a Friday afternoon in Saint Paul, Minnesota, on November 22, 2024, Andre Lorenzo Mitchell, a 26-year-old male, was fatally shot in what authorities believe was a tragic case of mistaken identity. He was sitting in his parked Mazda in the 600 block of Aurora Avenue with his 5-year-old sister and 2-month-old baby in the back seat when the incident occurred.
