Carl Anthony Dobbs Jr., aged 31, was tragically shot and killed on January 1, 2020, in the parking lot of Johnny Baby's bar in St. Paul, Minnesota. The incident occurred shortly before 1 a.m. when Dobbs arrived at the bar. Surveillance footage captured the events leading up to the shooting, showing Dobbs entering the bar, followed by Trayvon Titus Anderson, aged 30, and Zollie Shamual Brown, aged 42.
