In the quiet of a winter evening in Kansas City, Kansas, the life of 7-month-old Jaquail Mansaw, a Black male infant, was tragically cut short. On the night of January 4, 2015, the home where Jaquail lived with his mother and five siblings became the target of a drive-by shooting.
