In the early hours of October 26, 2015, a 30-year-old male, Joel T. Solis-Robles, of Shawnee, Kansas, was found with a fatal gunshot wound in Kansas City, Kansas. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. near the 1400 block of North 18th Street. Officers who arrived at the scene discovered Solis-Robles, who was then rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
