In the winter of 2019, a young life was cut tragically short on a street in Kansas City, Kansas. Alberto Muñoz-Delvalle Jr., a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of Friday, December 13th. The incident occurred in the 200 block of South 11th Street, where an argument escalated to a fatal conclusion. When officers from the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered the young man deceased, having sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
