In the early morning hours of October 6, 2019, the lively atmosphere inside Tequila KC bar in Kansas City, Kansas, turned into a scene of terror and tragedy. Francisco Garcia Anaya, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, was among the patrons when gunfire erupted, claiming his life and the lives of three other men.
